This location is located inside of a Walmart, with all the equipment and inventory needed in place to ensure a smooth transition.

 Owner purchased this location  10 months ago. Owner needs to spend more time at home with new baby.

FACILITY: Walmart, 900sq. ft. Monthly rent is approx. $1,600, this includes CAM and property tax.

EMPLOYEES: 1 Full-time manager and 5 Part-time.

GROSS SALES: 2019 Sales were approx. $319,531; 2018 Sales were approx. $274,000. Cash Flow in 2019 to the owner operator was approx. $47,537.

ASKING PRICE: The owner is asking $70,000 for this location. An “average” start-up cost for a Subway restaurant like this is $250,000. This includes approx. $25,000 in equipment and approx. $4,000 in inventory. The Buyer is responsible for an approx. $5,000 Franchisor’s Transfer Fee and 2 weeks of Franchise School in Connecticut.
